We are Nico and Karla Fourie

We are a married couple who loves Jesus and are passionate about training, nutrition and living a healthy, God honoring life. Our MISSION is to help you THRIVE in your daily life by giving you a program that will add to your daily life and not take away from it, as well as help you with nutrition and lifestyle habits that will make you Thrive outside of the gym.

 

​We are both qualified Personal Trainers with 6 years of coaching experience and we want to help you stop surviving and start THRIVING.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

We believe that in order to physically live life to the fullest we need to do train for it. We believe that training should be complete and balanced between modalities. Our training methodology is a combination of strength training, conditioning and mobility. This combination allows you to get stronger, fitter and feel and move good for years to come.

STRENGTH

Strength training helps to build stronger muscles, bones, tendons and ligaments, as well as builds muscle. The main purpose is to make you more resilient now and for later in life.

CONDITIONING

Cardio! It keeps the heart healthy and working as it should. We utilize a balance between higher and lower intensity to make sure that you can get fitter without burning out.

MOBILITY

Injury mitigation, improved flexibility and range of motion. Mobility training is there to help your joints/body feel good and move well.
