Athleticism doesn't have to end when motherhood begins.

  • A custom strategic training program, based on your goals, symptoms, abilities, equipment access and time.

  • ​3-5 training sessions per week.

  • Demo videos for each exercise.

  • Nutrition and lifestyle plan for the specific season you are in.

  • Access to CoachRX app to view and log workouts and upload videos for assessment. 

  • In-app messaging will be available during work hours for support and encouragement.

  • There will be weekly check-ins and an optional monthly video call.

Pregnancy:

  • You enjoy training but are unsure how to safely navigate training during pregnancy.​

  • You want to be physically prepared for birth by strengthening pelvic floor and core muscles.

  • You want to know how to nourish your body for your baby and want to manage your pregnancy symptoms.

Postpartum:

  • You want to rebuild your pelvic floor and core muscles regardless of the birth you had.

  • You want to return to functional training in a safe and progressive way.

  • You want to eat to nourish yourself and get adequate nutrients in for breastfeeding. â€‹

And if:

  • You like a personalized approach to your training with feedback and specific progressions.

  • You want to feel supported every step of your preconception, pregnancy and postpartum health and fitness journey.

Preconception

This is for you if you are trying to conceive, and you need a coach/friend to encourage and guide you through this journey that can often be challenging and emotional.

Prenatal

This is for you if you are pregnant and want to thrive and not just survive during pregnancy. You want to keep on training and nourishing your body in a way that is safe and healthy for you and your baby. 

Postnatal

This is for you if you are postpartum (had your beautiful baby) and want to rebuild your core strength and pelvic floor function so that you can return to strength and conditioning.
